How it started
The idea was not born behind a desk.
Since 2018 Nano Web has been making websites and custom software for business owners. Through those websites we ended up working with private saunas and wellness businesses, and saw how much time went into planning: phone calls, messages, checking payments and sending reminders.
A sauna needs different things than a hair salon or a restaurant: night slots, half-day sessions, deposits, extras and rooms you rent out privately. And a system that adapts to how your business works, rather than the other way round.
So we built SpaSlot. Not on a drawing board, but together with private saunas in daily practice.
Step by step
Every business deserves a fair system.
A small private sauna with two rooms or a spa with several locations: you get the same modules, the same guidance and the same attention. We set up SpaSlot around how your business works and switch on what you need per location. No packages that just miss the most important thing and no separate modules to buy on top: one all-in price per location per month, no setup costs and cancel monthly. And every question is welcome, however basic.

Our point on the horizon
We believe a good booking system is not just for big chains. That is why we keep it simple: your guests book and pay by themselves on your own website, you keep track in one calendar, and emails, reminders and review requests run on their own.
Your data and your guests' data are stored on servers in Amsterdam and remain yours. We sign a data processing agreement and you can always export everything.

Setup
We get everything ready for you: rooms, time slots, prices per day, deposit, emails and your branding. All you do is send us your details.

Connect
You connect your Mollie account for iDEAL and place the widget on your website with one line of code, WordPress included. Need help? Then we do it for you.

Live
Usually within a week. Guests book and pay by themselves, you see everything in your calendar. A question or a new request? We usually sort it the same day.
