You tell us how you work and send us your details, such as rooms, times, prices and your logo. You connect your Mollie account for online payments and add one line of code to your website. Can't manage it? Then we help you.
Yes. You add one line of code (an embed) to your booking page, for example in WordPress. The widget takes on your brand colours and works on mobile too.
In five steps: date, time, number of guests (adults, children, babies), extras and a summary. The guest then pays online and receives a confirmation straight away.
Guests pay via Mollie with iDEAL or other methods, in full or with a deposit. The balance can be paid in cash or by card on site. The money reaches your bank account through your own Mollie account.
Yes. In the calendar you select a time and choose "Block" or "Add booking" for a walk-in or phone booking, marked as card, cash or still to be paid. You can also move or cancel bookings.
Yes. For each room you choose whether it is booked exclusively or per person, with a maximum capacity per session.
€ 129.95 per location per month, excl. VAT. That is an all-in price: every module is included, you never pay for add-ons and there are no setup fees or commission per booking. For multiple locations we put together a tailored proposal.
No. SpaSlot can be cancelled monthly. You take your bookings and customer list with you as an Excel file.
On servers in Amsterdam. The data is yours and you can always export it. We sign a data processing agreement with you.
