The widget guides your guest through the booking step by step. They only see times that are actually available and know exactly what they get before paying.
After the booking, the confirmation goes out automatically. A reminder follows the number of hours in advance that you set.

Software from people you can simply call
SpaSlot is based in Rotterdam. We have been building software since 2018 and developed SpaSlot together with private saunas that use it every day.
The widget was shaped by what private saunas needed in practice: night slots, half-day sessions and a price per weekday. Missing something? You usually hear from us the same day.

You still need your own website
The widget runs on your website. You add it with one line of code, for example in WordPress. We help you with that.
We do the setup, together with you
We set up your rooms, time slots, prices, emails and branding. For that we need your details. You are usually live within a week.
Transaction fees still apply
Your subscription is all-in, but you pay the transaction fees of your payment provider separately, as with any online payment.

Yes. A room can be booked exclusively (private) or per person, as a shared session with a maximum capacity.

Yes. Through "my bookings", guests log in with a code they receive by email.
You can switch on an email that guests receive when they do not complete a booking. In your statistics you see how many guests continue at each step of the widget.
