Yes, that is what it is made for. SpaSlot is modular: per location you switch things like reviews, invoicing, passes, gift cards, guest categories, night slots or half-day sessions and deposits on or off. We set it up for you. Need something special, such as your own integration or specific booking rules? Then we look at a custom solution together.
No. You only pay the fixed monthly fee. You do pay the usual transaction fees of your payment provider, for example for iDEAL.
Usually within a week. We set everything up for you: rooms, time slots, prices, emails and your branding. All you need to do is send us your details.
Yes. You add one line of code (an embed) to your booking page, for example in WordPress. The widget takes on your brand colours.
Guests pay online with iDEAL or other methods, in full or with a deposit. Straight after, they receive a confirmation and you get a notification. A reminder follows automatically.
Yes. In the calendar you select a time and choose "Block" or "Add booking" for a walk-in or phone booking, marked as card, cash or still to be paid.
If you switch it on, the guest receives an email with five stars the day after their visit. With a high score, the guest goes on to your Google review page; with a low score, they see a form and the feedback comes to you.
Yes, both. You sell gift cards and passes online through your own page or at the front desk. Guests use the code when they book.
Then you work with one login and switch location with one click. You set roles and permissions per location, and you see your figures per location.
On servers in a data centre in Amsterdam. The data is yours: we do not use it ourselves and you can always export it. We sign a data processing agreement with you.
No. SpaSlot can be cancelled monthly. You take your bookings and customer list with you as an Excel file.
