Pricing
SpaSlot is modular. We set it up around how your business works and switch on the modules you need per location. You pay one all-in price: € 129.95 per location per month, excl. VAT. Everything is included: the booking widget, payment with iDEAL, automatic emails, the calendar, gift cards, passes, reviews, invoices and statistics. Booking, paying, confirming and reminding happen on their own, so you spend less time on the phone, email and manual work. On this page you see what you get, what you pay separately and how much time it can save you.
What you pay
For one location you pay one fixed amount per month. All modules are included: widget, payments, emails, calendar, gift cards, passes, reviews, invoices and statistics. Whether you have ten or a thousand bookings a month, the amount stays the same.

Per location you switch on what suits your business: reviews, invoicing, the abandoned booking email, passes and gift cards, guest categories, rooms per person or exclusive, night slots and half-day sessions, deposit or full payment. You never need to buy separate modules.

What you win back
Booking, paying, confirming, reminding, asking for reviews, invoices and walk-ins all run through one system in SpaSlot. This example calculation shows how many hours a location with 150 bookings per month can win back in a year, if every booking now takes a few minutes of manual work. Choose the number of minutes per booking.
At 6 minutes that is 15 hours per month. At € 25 per hour that time is worth € 375 per month, compared with € 129.95 all-in for SpaSlot.
