We set up the system around how your sauna works: fixed time slots or half-day sessions, overnight slots, cleaning time between bookings, a deposit or full payment upfront and your house rules in the confirmation.

What a private sauna needs
Time slots, half days and nights
Rent out per 2 or 2.5 hours, per half day or with an overnight slot. With a morning offer or early-bird for quiet hours and a price per weekday, Friday or weekend.
Packages and extras
Sell a prosecco package, bathrobes, breakfast or birthday decorations right at booking. Extra guests above your base price are calculated automatically.
Paid when booked
Your guest pays straight away, in full or with a deposit. Unpaid bookings expire automatically, so your slot becomes available again.

SpaSlot is based in Rotterdam. We have been building software since 2018 and developed SpaSlot together with private saunas that use it every day.
We know what sauna guests ask: can we arrive later, can someone join, are bathrobes included? That is why as many answers as possible are already in the booking and the confirmation.
