Every session full, every place paid upfront
An ice bath session or cold plunge workshop is given to a group with a fixed number of places. With the SpaSlot booking system participants sign up on your website themselves: they choose a session, see how many places are left and pay straight away with iDEAL.
Do you also run private sessions, for a team or a group of friends, say? Then you set up a separate room for them that goes to one group per time slot. Both kinds of session sit in the same calendar.

What an ice bath venue needs
Maximum group size per session
Set how many participants fit in each session. Once the group is full, the session closes by itself. That way everyone in the ice water gets the attention they need.
Passes for regular participants
People who come every week buy a pass. You sell it online or at the desk, and your participant uses the code with every booking.
Preparation in the confirmation
What to bring, when to arrive, what to know beforehand? Put it in the confirmation and the reminder, and every participant turns up prepared.
How your participant books
From website to ice bath, in five steps
The widget sits on your own website, in your own colours, and works on mobile. Your participant only sees sessions that still have room.
After payment the confirmation follows automatically, then a reminder at the time you choose, and a review request the day after.

Less admin around your sessions
Sign-ups over WhatsApp, payment requests afterwards and still empty places because someone does not show: with upfront payment and an automatic reminder, that is over. Unpaid bookings expire by themselves, so the place becomes available again.
Every module is included in one all-in price per location. No setup fee and no commission per participant.

SpaSlot is based in Rotterdam. We have been building software since 2018 and developed SpaSlot together with private saunas that use it every day.
People taking their first ice bath have questions: how cold is it, how long do I stay in, what do I bring? Put the answers in the confirmation and the reminder, and you start every session with a prepared group.
Questions about a booking system for your ice bath
Yes. You set up a room as a shared session with a maximum capacity. Participants book per person until the session is full.
Yes. A room can also be exclusive: one group per time slot, with its own price and cleaning time in between.
Yes. A workshop is a session at a fixed date and time with a maximum number of places. You can attach extras to it, such as a sauna session or a drink afterwards.
A calendar per instructor or a staff rota is not part of SpaSlot. You schedule sessions per room and time slot. Who leads a session is something you arrange yourself.
Yes. You sell passes online or at the desk. Your participant enters the code when booking. Memberships with automatic direct debit are not included.
Then that session can no longer be chosen and your participant sees the other times with places left. SpaSlot does not have a waiting list.
