In SpaSlot, booking software for your beauty salon works per room: a treatment room or a treatment with fixed time slots. Your client picks an available time on your website and pays straight away with iDEAL, in full or with a deposit.
To be clear upfront: SpaSlot does not schedule per staff member. If you mainly work per treatment room, as many skin clinics and smaller salons do, it is a good fit. If every therapist has their own calendar, read the questions at the bottom of this page first.

What a salon needs
Time slots per room
Per treatment room you set time slots, with turnaround time between two clients. A room is exclusive: one client or couple per time slot. A morning rate or weekend price is yours to set.
Extras with the treatment
Sell a treatment add-on or a package right at booking. That raises the value of each appointment without you having to ask.
Gift cards and courses
You sell gift cards online or at the desk. With a pass for a course of treatments, your client books every appointment with the same code.

The widget sits on your own website, in your salon colours. Your client only sees times that are actually available.
After payment the confirmation and, if you switch it on, a PDF invoice with VAT go out automatically. Before the appointment a reminder follows at the time you choose.

Questions about booking software for your beauty salon
No. SpaSlot schedules per room, not per staff member or therapist, and does not do staff rotas. If you work with several therapists who each have their own calendar and treatments, dedicated salon software is a better fit.
SpaSlot works with fixed time slots per room. A room can be a treatment room or a treatment with its own length. We look at which setup suits your salon together in the demo, before you commit to anything.
Yes. Per location you choose full payment upfront or a deposit. Your client pays the rest by card or in cash at the salon. Unpaid bookings expire automatically.
Yes. In the calendar you add a booking for a client who calls or walks in, paid by card, in cash or marked as still to pay. You also move or cancel appointments there.
Yes. You sell gift cards and passes online or at the desk. Your client simply enters the code when booking.
Not as standard. A connection to a till system is only available as custom work on request. You can export your bookings and statistics to Excel.
