SpaSlot is based in Rotterdam. We have been building software since 2018 and developed SpaSlot together with private saunas that use it every day.
You cannot answer the phone during a massage. That is why your client books and pays online, and between two treatments you see in the calendar what has come in.
Questions about booking software for your massage salon
No. SpaSlot schedules per room and per time slot. You set up each treatment room as a room, or a fixed treatment as its own time slot. A calendar per staff member and staff rotas are not included.
For salons and practices that work per room with set times, or where clients book a treatment room or couples massage. If your therapists change per day and you want to schedule per person, salon software with staff calendars is a better fit.
A client who has already paid is more likely to show up or cancel in time. They also get a reminder, and you decide how many hours beforehand it goes out.
It depends on how you work. With SpaSlot your client books on your own website and you pay no commission per booking. If you need a calendar per staff member or rotas, SpaSlot does not do that.
