What a wellness centre needs
Private or per person
A wellness suite is booked exclusively per time slot. A shared session is sold per person, up to the maximum you set.
Packages and gift cards
Sell lunch, a massage package or an overnight package at booking. Gift cards and promo codes run through the same system.
Overview per location
Statistics and conversion per widget step, with Excel export. Switch between locations in one click, with permissions per staff member.

Software from people you can simply call
SpaSlot is based in Rotterdam. We have been building software since 2018 and developed SpaSlot together with private saunas that use it every day.
Spa guests often plan weeks ahead and like to give a visit as a gift. That is why they can see their own bookings in a customer account, and a gift card simply works as a code in the widget.
Questions about spa and wellness booking software
Yes. Per room you choose whether it is booked exclusively per group or per person with a maximum capacity.
Yes. You sell gift cards and passes online or at the desk, and the guest enters the code when booking.
Yes. A PDF invoice with your company details and VAT can be created and emailed per booking. You switch it on or off per location.
Yes. You switch between locations in one account and give staff permissions per role. Pricing is per location; for several locations we make a tailored offer.
Memberships with automatic direct debit are not part of SpaSlot. For regular guests you use multi-visit passes.
Not as standard. A connection is possible as custom work on request; ask about it in the demo. You can add walk-ins to the calendar yourself as card, cash or still to pay.
