A float session is a fixed block in one tank or pod, for one guest or couple at a time. With SpaSlot as the booking software for your float centre, clients choose a tank and a time on your website and pay straight away with iDEAL.
Between two sessions the tank needs checking, the shower cleaning and the room airing. You set that cleaning time per tank, so two floaters never end up waiting on each other.

What a float centre needs
Sessions per tank
Every tank or pod is its own room with its own time slots. Fill quiet mornings with an early-bird price and give weekends their own rate.
Passes for regular floaters
Clients who come back buy a 5 or 10-session pass online or at your desk. They enter the code with each booking and a session is deducted.
Gift cards and first floats
A first float is often a gift. Sell gift cards online, and put what a first-time floater needs to know in the confirmation email.
How your client books
From website to tank, in five steps
The widget sits on your own website and only shows times when a tank is actually free and clean.
After payment your client gets a confirmation with your house rules, for example about contact lenses and earplugs. A reminder follows beforehand and a review request the day after.

SpaSlot is based in Rotterdam. We have been building software since 2018 and developed SpaSlot together with private saunas that use it every day.
Floaters mostly want calm, including when they book. A clear widget, a confirmation with what to bring and a reminder beforehand mean less explaining at your desk.

Yes. Each tank or pod is its own room with its own time slots and prices. If you have several locations, you manage them from one account.
Yes. Per tank you set how many minutes you need. Nobody can book during that time.
Yes. You sell passes online or at the desk, and your client uses the code with every booking. Memberships with automatic direct debit are not part of SpaSlot.
Yes. You sell gift cards online or at the desk, and the recipient enters the code when booking.
You add the booking to the calendar yourself and choose whether they pay by card, in cash or later. That keeps your tank schedule accurate.
