Do you hire out hot tubs or jacuzzis at your own venue, in a garden, at a holiday park or next to your sauna? Then it works just like a private sauna: one group per hot tub per time slot. With the SpaSlot booking system your guests book online themselves and pay straight away with iDEAL.
Each hot tub is its own room in the system, with its own time slots, prices and time to top up or clean between two bookings. Your guest only sees times when a hot tub is actually free.

What hot tub hire needs
Time slots, evenings and nights
Hire out for a few hours, per half day or late in the evening with an overnight slot. With a higher weekend price and an early-bird for the morning.
Extras with the hot tub
Sell bathrobes, a bottle of bubbly or a snack board at booking. If more people come than your base price includes, the system calculates the surcharge itself.
Gift cards and promo codes
An evening in a hot tub makes a popular gift. Sell gift cards online or at the desk and use promotion codes for quiet weekdays.
How your guest books
From website to warm water, in five steps
The widget sits on your own website, in your own colours. Your guest sees for each hot tub which times are still free.
After payment the confirmation with your house rules goes out automatically, for example about showering first or glassware near the water. A reminder follows before the visit.

One fixed price, no commission
You pay a fixed price per location per month, with every module included. However many hot tubs you have and however often they are booked, you pay no commission per booking and no setup fee.
Unpaid bookings expire automatically, so a time slot is never held for nothing. A guest who abandoned their payment can pick it up again later.

SpaSlot is based in Rotterdam. We have been building software since 2018 and developed SpaSlot together with private saunas that use it every day.
Hot tub guests often ask the same things: how warm is the water, are towels provided, can someone else join? Put the answers in your extras and your confirmation, and you do not have to explain them again and again.
Questions about a booking system for hot tub hire
Yes. Each hot tub is its own room with its own time slots, prices and cleaning time. You see them all in one daily overview.
No. SpaSlot is built for hire at your own venue, per time slot, half day or night. Delivery, collection and multi-day hire at the customer’s home are not included.
A security deposit that you refund afterwards is not part of SpaSlot. You can ask for a deposit towards the price at booking, after which your guest pays the rest on site.
Yes. For each hot tub you set cleaning time between two bookings. That time cannot be booked.
Yes. Hot tubs, private saunas and other rooms sit side by side in the same system, each with its own times and prices.
Yes. You add a booking to the calendar by hand, paid by card, in cash or still to be paid. The time slot is then taken straight away.
