Your own day tickets online, without a middleman
A sauna or thermal spa sells entry per person, not per room. With the SpaSlot ticketing system your guests buy their sauna tickets on your own website: they pick a day, a session or time window and the number of people, and pay straight away with iDEAL.
Per session you set a maximum number of guests. Once it is full, that time window can no longer be chosen. So you never sell more entry than your spa can handle, and you know in advance how busy it will be.

Entry with a capacity limit
Every area or session gets a maximum number of guests. The system counts every ticket sold and closes the time window once it is full.
Rates per day and per guest
A different entry rate on weekdays, Friday or at the weekend, separate prices for children and a morning offer for quieter hours. Promotion codes let you give targeted discounts.
Gift cards and passes
Sell gift cards and passes online or at the desk. Your guest simply enters the code when booking.
How your guest buys a ticket
From website to changing room, in five steps
The ticket widget sits on your own website, in your brand style. Your guest sees for each session whether there is still room.
After paying they receive the confirmation with your house rules, such as swimwear or textile-free days. The day after the visit a review request follows.

People looking for sauna tickets often land on discount platforms and resellers first. They take a share of every ticket they sell. With your own ticketing system you keep the guest and the full revenue yourself.
SpaSlot costs a fixed price per location per month, with every module included. However many tickets you sell, you pay no commission per ticket.

Software from people you can simply call
SpaSlot is based in Rotterdam. We have been building software since 2018 and developed SpaSlot together with private saunas that use it every day.
Sauna guests want to know what to expect: will it be busy, can they bring a bathrobe, what does entry cost for children? With tickets per session and clear house rules in the confirmation, you answer that before they arrive.
Questions about a ticketing system for your sauna
Yes. You set up an area as a shared session with a maximum capacity. Guests then buy a ticket per person until the session is full. Private rooms for one group can exist alongside it.
Yes. You add walk-ins and phone bookings to the calendar yourself, paid by card, in cash or still to be paid. They count towards your capacity.
No. SpaSlot sells and manages your online tickets and bookings and creates PDF invoices, but it is not a till. A link with your till system is only possible as custom work on request.
Memberships with automatic direct debit are not part of SpaSlot. For regular guests you use passes: sold online or at the desk, and your guest uses the code when booking.
Yes. You set up guest categories with ages, such as adults, children and babies, and a price per weekday, Friday or weekend.
Yes. The daily overview shows every booking, and the statistics show your numbers and the conversion per widget step. Everything can be exported to Excel.
