Full classes, without messages and sign-up sheets
Yoga studio booking software is all about spots per class. In SpaSlot your studio is set up as a shared room: every class is a time slot with a maximum number of students. Once a class is full, it can no longer be booked.
Your students book on your website themselves and pay straight away with iDEAL or use their class pass. The day overview shows who is coming, and a drop-in who walks up to the desk is added by you, paid by card or in cash.

What a yoga studio needs
A fixed class schedule
Your classes are set up as fixed time slots, each with a maximum number of students. A different weekend price or a morning rate for the early class is yours to set.
Class passes without stamp cards
Sell a class pass online or at the desk. Your student enters the code when booking, so there are no more paper cards to keep track of.
Reminders and reviews
A reminder goes out automatically at the time you choose. The day after class SpaSlot asks for a review: happy students are sent to your Google page, critical feedback comes straight to you.

The widget sits on your own website, in your studio colours. A full class can no longer be booked.
After booking, the confirmation with your studio rules goes out automatically: arrive on time, bring your own mat or not. So you do not have to explain it again every class.

SpaSlot is based in Rotterdam. We have been building software since 2018 and developed SpaSlot together with private saunas that use it every day.
We know what yoga students ask: is there still space, do I need to bring a mat, can I use my class pass? Those answers are in the booking and the confirmation, so you can focus on teaching.
Questions about booking software for your yoga studio
Yes. Your studio is set up in SpaSlot as a shared room with a maximum capacity. Once a class is full, it can no longer be booked.
You sell passes online or at the desk. Your student gets a code and enters it when booking a class.
No. SpaSlot has no memberships or subscriptions with recurring direct debit. Regular students use class passes. If your studio mainly runs on monthly memberships, dedicated class software is probably a better fit.
No. SpaSlot schedules per room and per class, not per teacher. Teacher rotas are kept outside SpaSlot. With roles and permissions you do decide what each team member can see in the admin.
Yes. You add a booking yourself in the calendar, paid by card, in cash or marked as still to pay. That way your class numbers are always right.
Yes. In the calendar you move or cancel a booking and resend the confirmation to your student.
