Every spot sold and paid upfront
A breathwork session or workshop has a fixed number of spots. With SpaSlot as your workshop booking system, every session is a time slot with a maximum number of participants. Participants choose their session on your website and pay straight away with iDEAL.
Do you combine breathwork with an ice bath or sauna? Those rooms go into the same system, each with its own times and capacity. Or you sell the ice bath as an extra with the session.

What a breathwork practice needs
Groups with a limit
Per room you set how many participants can join. Once a session is full it can no longer be booked, so your room is never overbooked.
Paid upfront
Participants pay when they book, in full or with a deposit. Unpaid bookings expire automatically, so the spot becomes available to someone else.
Gift cards and discount codes
Sell gift cards for a session and give your newsletter readers a promo code. An early-bird offer or morning rate is yours to set.

The widget sits on your own website, in your own colours. Your participants see which sessions are on each day.
After payment the confirmation goes out automatically, with your practical information: what to wear, what to bring. A reminder follows before the session and a review request the day after.

Questions about a booking system for breathwork and workshops
Yes. Your room is set up as a shared room with a maximum capacity. Once a session is full, it can no longer be booked.
No, SpaSlot has no waiting list. A full session can no longer be booked. If your sessions fill up quickly, you open an extra session.
Yes. Your sessions are time slots in the calendar, and dates or times when you are not running a session are blocked. A multi-day programme as a single booking is not possible: each day is its own session.
Yes, with a multi-visit pass. You sell it online or at the desk, and your participant uses the code for each booking.
Yes. SpaSlot creates a PDF invoice with your company details and VAT for each booking and sends it by email. You switch it on or off per location.
Yes. You sell the ice bath or sauna as an extra with the session, or set it up as a separate room with its own time slots and capacity.
